Condo owners automatically become members of our Longstown Village Condominium Association (LVCA) which is governed by an elected Executive Committee made up of five residents. This committee is aided by two Officers, a Secretary and a Treasurer, and this team oversees the maintenance, repair, and replacement of our Common Elements, as well as the services we all depend on, such as streetscape, sidewalks, lawncare and snow removal.
