Longstown Village is not a 55 plus community. Anyone of any age may own a condo here , and owners automatically become members of our Association . Our private community has 300 single-story condominiums in 111 buildings (72 duplexes and 39 fourplexes). Condominiums are privately owned and the leasing or rental of a condo is not allowed in Longstown Village.

The Longstown Village Condominium Association is governed by an elected Executive Committee made up of five residents. This Executive Committee is aided by two Officers, a Secretary and a Treasurer. Together, this team oversees the maintenance, repair, and replacement of Common Elements and arranges for services such as lawncare and snow removal.
