Longstown Village is made up of 300 single-story condos (72 duplex and 39 fourplex) across 65 acres. Condos are for residents and invited guests, and all of them are privately owned (no leasing or rentals are allowed).

Condo owners automatically become members of our Longstown Village Condominium Association (LVCA) which is governed by an elected Executive Committee made up of five residents. This committee is aided by two Officers, a Secretary and a Treasurer, and this team oversees the maintenance, repair, and replacement of our Common Elements, as well as the services we all depend on, such as streetscape, sidewalks, lawncare and snow removal.
