Are you interested in buying or selling a condo in Longstown Village?
Condos are not allowed to be rented or leased. Owners typically list their condos with a real estate professional, but they could also be listed "For Sale by Owner".
Sellers pay $100 the LVCA for a Resale Certificate.
Buyers pay a $1,200 Capital Improvement Reserve Fee to the LVCA at the time of closing until June 30th, 2026.
As of July 1st, 2026, buyers pay a $1,700 Capital Improvement Reserve Fee to the LVCA at the time of closing.

What are the current Association Dues and when are payments due?
Dues are $555 per quarter, and payment is due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of each year.
Are there any Special Assessments?
None currently. A Roof Assessment was levied on November 1st, 2017, for new roofing on all 113 buildings in the community. The final $293 payment was made on May 1st, 2025.
